If you need help using Duo at UC Davis, you have options.

If you are enrolling in Duo through your department or unit – which is the main way people at UC Davis are enrolling in Duo during the summer and fall of 2018 – then check with your department/unit’s IT group for information and directions on how to proceed. You can always contact the IT Express Service Desk if you’re not sure.

Faculty, students and staff can enroll in Duo on their own if they wish, but as of summer 2018 most enrollments are being organized through departments/units to simplify the process for individuals.
